Appearance: he is 7ft tall and is very skinty, his skin is a pale marble white but his face looks like a black porcilen mask, he wears a black/purple suit with a white under shirt and an ash purple bow tie, his face is like a mask, no nose, a mouth that looks like a permanent painted on glass, and dark eyes that look like eye holes in a mask, his 'facial expressions' changes with his mood, for example:
Enjoying somting/ happy/ or is lusting for something: his eyes glow a hot pink color and his painted mouth is in a happy or mischevios grin
Angry or is craving blood: his eyes glow an eerie blood red and his painted grin turns evil and spreads from ear to ear, he has sharp teeth that look like painted marble glass
Tired or sad: his eyes glow a navy blue, when he's tired he has a tired smile but when he's sad he has a depressed frown
Normal/ calm: his eyes a dark blackish gray and his grin is calm
He can summon tendrils from his back that act like extra arms with an iron like grip

personality: Ospi acts sort of like a sarcastic little child, he loves to color, eat icecream and play with toys with little children, he has a calm friendly voice that draws little kids in but it intimidates adults or older kids, even though he acts nice and playful with little kids he's actual very sadistic and blood thirsty to anyone who upsets him, mostly adults, if children wont play with him willingly he'll just kidnap them and make them play children games, he sometimes does this to adults too, he often stalks the people he's interested in but can never actual be seen by them unless he wants to show himself, he can normally control his emotions but sometimes he can have unpredictable mood swings when things start to overwhelm him or upset him, sometimes when he's about to do something insane he'll laugh like a mad man or start singing a children's nursery rhyme is a very creepy way

History: He could be clown of a little girl who's parents lived in a huge lonely mansion, she didn't have any friends and her parents rarely spent time with her, she soon went insane from the lonleness and neglect and ate her parents' souls, she soon started inviting other children over and ate their souls after she forced them to play with her, people soon adandond the village that the mansion was in and a forest grew around it, she became even more lonely and out of her crazed depression Ospi Verde was born, he played and spent time with the girl until one day DWMA students killed her and Ospi was left alone, he soon got lonely and started roaming america to find children to play with
