| Name: Jun Maledicte Age: 14 Gender: Male Weapon: N/A Appearance: Between his height and build, Jun is the definition of unimposing. Jun has short wavy brown hair matched with forgiving green eyes. He has light skin that wears many scars from his former residence (none, however, on the face). Most of which can be found on his back, and shoulders. Jun wears loose poorly kept clothing, that is covered in holes that are left from using his powers. This is generally a black, and red leather jacket the reaches mid thigh, plain black jeans, and a white tee. Personality: Due to generally being told his actions are wrong, or incorrect even when acting by social norms, Jun tends to seek out, and latch himself onto people accepting of his character for as long as possible. By doing this he free's himself from making choices. This also means that HE can disconnect himself from the possibility of making the wrong choice. Even if he is convinced that the actions he is taking is flawed, he won't change his mind. It seems more important to him that SOMEONE thinks he is acting appropriately, than if he actually does. Breaking him away from a person once a connection is made is extremely difficult. Even for the person. If the person shuns Jun he will do what he can to help them without their permission, or guidance in hopes that they will take him back. Jun tends to berate, and punish himself for failing the object of his affection. Alternately he is quick to accept anything the person will dish out to prove that he is still loyal to them. While he will not enjoy it, he tends to justify it as tough love. Jun loves consuming souls in the sense of addiction. When devoured he is given a split second of euphoria that he believes frees him from thought temporarily. Intellectually, however, Jun hates everything about this. He can't stand the idea of killing without a reason, even though he sometimes does it anyways. This only solidifies the idea that he's a monster undeserving of acceptance, and has part to do with why he gets attached to those that accept him. Unfortunately this becomes a little less potent with every soul he consumes, forcing him to consume more, and more souls to fit his euphoria addiction. As well the higher his soul count the more severe the toll on his reasoning. This makes him even more complacent to his attachments, and as well he becomes more and more impossible to sever said ties. Likes: Souls, the idea of being needed, spicy food, Kuro Dislikes: Collecting souls, acting independently, strawberries, Kuro History: Nothing is known of Jun's birth, but there is plenty to tell of his creation. He was left in the care of an orphanage that was placed within a town that didn't exist on a map. He was left with a collar bearing his surname "Maledicte". It may have been the nature of his name, or some unplacable foreboding sense around him, but Jun was immediately ostracized. Even from his teachers, and the others at the orphanage. Eventually their fear lead the villager's to place him in the care of Church, whose influence was supposed to null whatever was wrong with him. The care of the Church was only twice as harsh as his previous home. They would place him into an ascetic life-style, but withdrew any teaching's that would grant him a sense of pioty. He was, in their eyes, unfit for worship. The rules in place, along with no explanation to why they were there, and severely primitive punishment being administered when they were broken, left Jun with a fear of failure. Perhaps on a subconsious level. Obedience was the only perception that he could trust. Within the confines of an empty cell(monk, not prisoner), he discovered his ability to percieve souls, marking him as a meister. Adopting the forename of his only companion in the village, he left to the DWMA. His first ever act of defiance. There was no type of search party. The people were either all too happy he was gone, or assumed his "curse" had taken him. While working with the DWMA Jun was widely ignored. He had no one to ridicule him, but also no one to guide him. Thus, his freedom only comforted him for a short while before his mind began to wander into a sort of chaos. It was both lucky, and terribly unlucky that he met the dark weapon "Kuro" in the streets of Death City. The symbiotic creature would use Jun as his temporary host. It offered guidance that Jun quickly came to depend on, but distanced him from the DWMA on pain of death(or worse) for harboring their enemies. It wasn't terribly long before Kuro left Jun. No explanation, no parting words. Simply gone. Jun was alone again. He couldn't go back to the DWMA, it wouldn't be right. He had already tried making allies there, but they never stuck. His final conclusion was that he couldn't have friends. It simply isn't a possibility. If he wanted any type acknowledgement, or guidance he would have to get it the same way he did everywhere else. He would have to make himself useful. A meister of average skill wasn't much use to anyone however. He knew what made Kuro stronger though. In that sense he was given one last lesson. Powers: Abilities | Description | # of souls needed | Osteo-Kenisis | This allows Jun to grow, and utilize new bones in his body. As well he may change their density, and shape. These bones can be no larger than the bone from which they originated. The density changes anywhere from being able to withstand demon weapon attacks, to that of a birds bones. | 10 | Senew Manipulation | This allows Jun to grow, and distribute sinew from any point which it exists in his body. He may make this sinew extremely flexible, or lock his joints by heavily calcifying the sinew there. | 20 | Bone Weapons | While Jun could already extend crude spikes of bone from his body, this allows him to fashion more martial means of attack. Forming blades, axes, et cetera. | 30 | Senetic Prowess | Jun may now become more creative with the Sinew he produces. Creating snares, webs(though not adhesive), and if given enough time(3 posts with the person being helpless/incapacitated) he may engulf a incapacitated opponent in a hardened chrysalis. Extraordinary(peek human, or greater) strength must be used to break free from the inside, but with help from an outside force it becomes relatively easy. | 40 | Dermal Armor | This gives Jun's skin, and first layer of tissue a pseudo quality of his bones. When penetrated it looks like cracked porcelain, and bleeding is minimal in most cases. Because of it's elasticity, and toughness, piercing, and cutting weapons are rendered much less effective, and turn minor wounds into near nothing, serious to moderate, and so on. In a like manner blunt attacks to more damage than they would normally, sending excessive cracks throughout the armor. | 50 | Limb Growth | This allows Jun to create, or alter the limbs on his body. Jun can create a set, or single limb in one post, but can only sustain one per 30 souls obtained(max of 5). Likely additions will be a prehensile tail, a rather menacing set of bone wings(functional), or simply spare arms. | 60 | Use of Connective Tissue | With this Jun will be able to use his connective tissue throw, and retract his bone weapons like a whip, or wire. Are well he may extend a body part such as an arm, or leg attached to the tissue, and retract it back safely(assuming it wasn't damaged in use). Finally he may reconnect lost limbs, as long as they haven't been away from his body long enough to die, or were flat out destroyed(This takes an hour or so, and leaves heavy scarring). | Selective Regeneration is basically heal one part and pass the injury to the other part? | |

| No, it just mean he can regenerate wounds, but only the one's caused by his own powers. Like if he grew a spike of bone out of his arm it wouldn't hurt him. |
