Appearance: his normal outfit  is a brown trench coat, thick leather boots, an old brown sombrero, and a dark brown bandana other the bottom half of his face. He is lean and has tight muscles but it’s covered up by his thick clothing, though he has lots of heavy cloths on he is very quick and nimble and can take his enemies and victims by surprise with his unimaginable speed, he also has a virtually unbreakable iron grip, is really strong and if you hit him it feels like slamming your fist into a brick wall. His casual clothes are a dark grey sweater and black corduroy pants, his hair is an orange/brown and is slicked back vampire style, he has handsomely tanned skin, and he has a huge scar across his chest. He has a deep, blood chilling, Spanish accent, blood red eyes and sharp, dead vampire like teeth

Personality: He is highly sadistic and loves to the suffering of others and likes to torture innocent people. When he does taunt his victims he talks in a deep, low, intimidating tone, he seldom gets mad or annoyed but when he does his eyes darken and he gets deathly silent which is when he is the most sadistic and dangerous, he loves to intimidate his victims and doesn’t fail to either, though just because he’s a blood thirsty sadist doesn’t mean he doesn’t like to enjoy a nice cup of black coffee at the café in his casual clothes, he also does enjoy just scaring the crap out of random people time to time. He can be extremely passionate to the people he loves and care about, but since he doesn’t really people he cares about at the moment he doesn’t show much passion to anyone.
Likes: Torturing innocent people any way possible, he mostly uses the tools in his blood covered leather bag, messing with people that are easily intimidated by him, when he’s out hunting  he usually only targets people with sweet, innocent smelling blood  and likes when they scream, he loves to hide in the shadows and wait for his victims, he loves the look, smell, and taste of blood, he loves the sounds of agony and the sounds of screams  
Dislikes: when his victims he’s torturing keeps trying to escape and keeps fighting back because it annoys him, annoying people who insult him constantly during battle it because it makes him angry, sunlight or bright lights because his eyes are sensitive to light,


History: Crow lived in a little famer town in the country side, it was peaceful, quiet, and there was lots and lots of huge corn fields, he was always distant and antisocial which made him a target for bullies’ constant insults when he was he younger because his strange attitude. They would always chase him into the corn feilds and get him lost. One day got fed up with the bullies and tortured them nearly to death, the bullies were in so much paint hat they begged him to kill them, since crow wasn’t as sadistic then as he was now he gave them and mercy kill, but the way he did it was suck out their blood, painfully slow. After that he soon loved the idea of torturing people and would continue to strike fear into the hearts of the innocent town folks. He has given up his actual name and replaced it with Crow, the reason is because the way he would kidnap children and torture them was to pose as a lifeless scarecrow, when the kids get lost in the corn fields or play in the cornfields and they would get too close to him he would jump down and take them to the farthest side of the field to torture them, the screams of the children could be heard echoing through the whole small town. The town’s people feared him so much that they gave him the title “the bloody scarecrow”, soon it was unsafe to go out after sunset. One day, though, he was about to torture a child when all of a sudden the child’s dad came out with a shovel and slashed crow’s chest and a bit of his eye, giving him the scars, He ended up killing both the child and the father. He wondered around for a while and ended up in Death city, he spread his legend to other small country side towns and continued to torture people in death city. He personally sees to it that he the reason people are afraid to go out at night    


Abilities:
Stare of fear: if people who are fighting with him look deep into his blood red eyes he can make them see their worse fear, its up to the person's will power to keep them from cowering


Intimidating aura: his presence makes even the most solid minded people feel tense and shaky


Blood repair: when he gets injured he can suck the blood from someone healthy to help heal the wounds, it takes about 5 minutes for all the wounds to heal completely. The wounds can only be cuts and they must not go through the body, it must only be inches deep not all the way through.

Predatory senses: he can smell people's blood like an animal smells its prey's scent, the smell of the blood depends on the person's personality, if someone is innocently nice their blood smells sweet, if someone is hostile and feisty the blood smells spicy. He prefers sweet innocent blood

Other info: he may stalk victims that actually got away from him and makes sure the next time he catches them is a living hell (the longer the wait the worse it is)
