Vigilante Justice

Objective: Track down the Kishin Egg in New York. From what authorities can tell, their have been seven murders using the same method. Usually this wouldn't be cause for alarm, but this happened over the course of two days. If he continues to grow at this rate he could quickly become a serious problem.

Target Info: The target seems to be targeting small gang cells in the surrounding area. He's ex-S.W.A.T., and knows the area better than most, so use caution when looking for him. Most of the murders appear to be execute with a knife through top of the spine. Lack of tearing suggests that the knife is well kept, which also mean Flint has likely retained most of his training through whatever madness is driving him. He may have been a rookie, but he's still S.W.A.T.. So, just watch your back out there.
