Papi

Name: Papi (pronounced Pa-pee) Formerly Mogli (pronounced Mawg-lie)

Gender: Identifies female.

Appearence: Papi changes forms a lot. There are a few main forms she tends to choose over any other though.

Mogli:

This is Papi's original form. It is a green being with pinkish-purple structures forming on it in a feathered off fashion. It has a red plate on it's abdomen. Papi despises this form because of it's unflattering look.

Human:

Papi's preferred human form. Papi takes the form of a teenage girl (about 15-17) with light purple hair that reaches her shoulders. She usually wears a black outfit consisting of a black zipper tube top and sweat/yoga pants.

Papi likes to manifest herself as small purple animals. She can become simply a single animal, like a cat:

Either way she tends to stick to cuter things, but may use more menacing animals if needed.

Personallity: Papi is an airhead. She forgets things a lot, she's oblivious to her surroundings most of the time, and has a hard time focusing on more than one thing. Despite all this, Papi is a pretty happy entity of madness (she says, pretending that makes sense). She's often seen with a smile on her face, giving off a child-like aura of innocence. It's obvious to most that she isn't exactly the brightest, speaking improper english as her only language (though she could be taught better english over time). She likes candy and other sweet things, often having some with her to snack on. She is quite friendly and tries to make as many friends as possible, all of which she tries to remain loyal to.

Papi has an alternate personality named Mogli. Mogli lives only to spread madness and kill those who Papi holds dear. He's much smarter than Papi and doesn't get attached to things because in his mind, all things die one day. Mogli is awakened when Papi is really upset or angry about something. Her emotions break her control over Mogli.

Likes: Butterflies, children, friends, and candy.... even if she doesn't have to eat.

Dislikes: Mogli . . . That's it. Just Mogli.

History: there once lived a Kishin who created five clowns to collect souls for him. However, he only sent four to gather them. One clown was kept standing aside to act as a sacrifice. This clown was named Mogli and knew very well that her only purpose was to become a decoy in an emergency. She hated this, but still served her creator without question. Eventually the other 4 clowns decided Mogli was the decoy because she was insufficient for soul collecting, and Mogli began to believe it. This was as far from the truth as possible, as Mogli was chosen because she was the strongest of the 5 clowns so she could distract an opponent longer. Eventually, the Kishin was attacked and pushed to his limit. He called to Mogli for help, but for the first time in her existence, she rebelled, turning and fleeing from him. The Kishin was killed on the spot, and each of the other four who tried to defend him were easily cut down. Mogli took the form of a human girl, re-naming herself Papi and using Mogli as a surname. She has hid amongst humans, mostly dormant, ever since. She's never forgotten the power she possesses, simply adapting into a much happier being with no use for them.

Abilities:

Soulless - Being a clown means she has no soul. This means she cannot be detected by soul protect and she cannot use a weapon.

Madness of Obliviousness - This particular type of madness makes the user oblivious to all pain occurring to their body until it wares off. However, it also makes them quite oblivious to their surroundings, leaving a sneak attack quite useful against them.

Madness Wavelength - Papi naturally gives off a madness wavelength. The madness she gives off is the same oblivious madness she possesses.

Wavelength Suppression - In order to live among people, Papi has developed the ability to stop emitting madness, however when she blocks her wavelength she also blocks her powers (aside from shape shifting).

Pink Wrapping Cloth (Mogli form only) - Papi can user her pink cloths as whips, expanding them as needed. She can also try to wrap people in them.

Hair Manipulation (Human form only) - Papi can extend her hair to her pleasing, using it like a long thin whip or trying to wrap others in it.

Purple Haze - Papi can generate a purple laser-like attack from her palm and/or mouth. This can be done in any form but is strongest when done in Mogli form.

Light Show - Papi's punches and kicks glow with purple energy and leave a trail of purple light when she attacks. This adds power to her attack.

Shapeshifting - Papi can freely change form to better suit her situation or preference. She can hold these forms indefinitely, but they aren't as strong as her Mogli form.

Madness Fusion - As a clown, Papi can fuse with others to enhance certain attributes but, it throws them both into her madness. For witches their magic is boosted, for meisters strength and speed are gained, for weapons their weapon forms are enhanced, and for Kishin Eggs abilities are boosted. All groups gain access to her abilities Light Show and Purple Haze. The fusion can be undone at any time.

Object Fusion - Papi can fuse with inanimate objects to give them her abilities. This may also physically warp them, creating a unique weapon. The problem is, due to Papi's lack of soul, you cannot achieve resonance with the weapon. This means that the weapon will be actual weight and has no special properties other than Purple Haze and Light Show, as well as possibly Pink Wrapping Cloth depending on the object. To change forms, Papi must break fusion with the object.
