Memi Rario (Done for now)

Memi turns into a large, silver scythe for her primary form. This scythe has the ability to cut strikes of fire into the air towards an intended target. The scythe itself has the ability to catch aflame, causing burns when coming in contact with flesh. When at 20 souls the scythe begins to grow larger, it's top thickening and its shaft growing in length and thickness. At 40 souls the scythe has to ability to in case the surrounding area of the meister in fire,  making a sort of fire sheild for the meister. At 60 souls the scythes flames become more hungry, when they come into contact with any burnable material it will be way harder to put it out than normal fires, it will also encase the material faster. At 80 souls the scythe gains the ability to create a literal wave of flame that , that will tower over an opponent and crash down upon them,  causing burns all over the body. The wave though deadly is fairly slow and it is possible to avoid the wave if you react fast enough.

Memi also has a second weapon form that takes the form of ribbons, yes ribbons. In this form she turns into silver ribbons and wraps around her meisters arms and body, ending on the meisters arms. The end of the ribbon sticks to the arm in till needed. these ribbons are of course stronger than any ribbon could ever be made and have the ability to constrict like a snake. The ribbons can extend to a very lengthy length, almost as tall as two houses if they were stacked on top of each other. The ribbons have a really heavy ending, this is for striking capabilities and also the ability to wrap around targets more easily. The ribbons can set flame at any given moment, not causing harm to the meister but causing severe burns to anyone wrapped in the ribbons or on the opposing side of them.  At 20 souls or more the ribbons will have the ability to wrap around any solid it happens to touch, at 40 souls the ribbon has the ability to not only extend to extreme lengths but also allow the user to shoot fire out of their palms (the ribbon will have to be back to its normalstate and not its extended state. It will also be covering their palms)

Appearance: Memi is 5'3 in her size, she is slender in size and not really well built. She has smooth, slender skin that is very pale in color. Her eyes are a very soft, light blue but this color can change very occasionally to Green, Purple and a mix of the three. Memi has a birthmark on her arm in the shape of a star, this may not seem important but a reminder is she had a younger sibling that she was taken away from. Her hair is very very long, reaching below her shoulders and to her waist. She never really bother to fix her hair because it doesn't really matter to her, occasionally if needed she will cut her hair.

Memi likes to keep her outfits simple, she doesn't like being too colorful. Seeing as she thinks that will make her stick out like a sore thumb, so she keeps her wardrobe down to a black coat, black shirt (Maybe a design on it) and black jeans that are not very loose but they aren't tight either. Memi wears black, boots that reach above her shins, she also has a golden locket she keeps around her neck that holds a picture of her adopted father (Deceased) and herself.

Personality: Memi is a very sweet and tender girl, even though she looks like she is a bummer she is actually really fun. Now this is when you get to know her, on the outside she is a very shy girl. She will hide her face under her hair, avoid eye contact no matter what and hardly speaks to anyone but herself. When she does speak to people she often stutters or has to try and think about what she says so she doesn't seem weird.

Memi has trouble paying attention to other peoples problems, the only things she really pays attention to are her books and writing. Memi is a really devoted student of the DMWA her grades being amazing, she studies constantly striving to be the best she can be. Memi never has thought of romantic situations but just a warning, she will most likely be a blushing stuttering mess if you flirt with her. Even the most simple comment will make her blush Ex: You're adorable, you're cute. Memi tends to stay away from other people, never really liking to be near other people because then she will get very self conscious. She is very sensitive about the way she looks and acts, scared that people will judge her for not being perfect or very cool.

Memi while shy when being social, isn't afraid to knock some sense into anyone who happens to be behaving stupidly or who is harming someone. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty if she has to, having the full capability of burning the shit out of people. Memi is very defensive of people who happen to befriend her, she cares more about her friends than herself. Memi have her exciting moments and her boring moment, she can be very fun to talk to or a complete bore.

History:

Once upon a time, there was a young girl named Memi, she was born and raised into a small family she called her own. The family was not her own and she knew this, she was sent away from her family at the age of five, since then she has despised her real parents and she has given her adopted one's all the love she has. She was a very abnormal girl out of all of the kids in her town, she was very anti-social and was scared of anyone that would come near her. When someone came into speaking distance she would hide herself behind her hair and never meet eye contact with them, the kids just simply gave up on interacting with her. Every except a young girl named Jennifer, Jennifer was a very enthusiastic girl and she absolutely loved young Memi, she would continue to come at Memi and try to befriend her till finally it worked. Memi grew to love Jennifer and they became great friends, they would banter and have fun with each other, talk about their thoughts and Jennifer even made Memi more social.

Then one day Jennifer disappeared, Memi didn't know intill her parents came to the door of her house and asked if Jennifer was with Memi, to which he parents worriedly replied no. Her parents invited Jennifer's parents inside for a discussion and there they talked about how Jennifer had vanished when they had gone upstairs to wake her up for breakfast, they were worried sick, her parents attempted to calm them all the while Memi watched from the stairs, tears streaming down her face. The first thing she did was go out to look for her best friend, she went on a hunt for her best friend, she went out of her house at night time and she searched for her. For the first three days she was doing alright, she was searching a forest for Jennifer, wondering if maybe she had gotten lost but she could never find her. Then Memi got lost in the forest, scared and confused she wandered away from the town, farther and farther away, One year she spent wandering the forest scared and confused, tempted to kill herself then and there so that she wouldn't have to suffer anymore hunger, she was surprised she even made it this far it was pure dumb luck. (She is only 10 at this time, horrible thoughts for a ten year old)

Then one day she finally found a town, far far away from her town, when she arrived there she was dirty, bruised and cut up, she also smelled really bad, she basically looked like a wild woman. She was basically treated like a dog in the town, no one would take her in but they would throw scraps of food her way and give her some water. Then one a Meister and Weapon took some intrest in her, she had saw a kishin egg kill someone of the town and she was hiding behind a trash can when the Kishin egg noticed her. He was quite amused when she didn't run, just watching her blank expression watch him, then the Dark weapon walked towards her and offered the human soul to Memi, she was so hungry she almost accepted it but then out of the blue the Kishin was killed, shot in the head by a Meister and Weapon that had appeared behind it, Memi quickly scrambled behind the trash can and peered at the two, who were now collecting the soul and moving towards her. She trembled with fear, but the meister *weapon staying behind* simply walked up to her and offered his hand, with a reassuring smile on his face. They then took her to Death City, knowing that the town she lived in wasn't a good one to live in for her. There they gave her a house near the DMWA, where the meister took care of her while the weapon paid the occasional visit, they cleaned her up and even enrolled her into the DMWA at the age of 14, finding out she was a weapon via an accident involving pickles and cheese.

Memi forgot about Jennifer, her mind was clouded and she forgot about her whole past entirely in the forest. She just remembers the meister who took care of her and loved her. Then one day the Meister was killed, Memi did not know this she was sleeping in her bedroom and the Meister was sitting in his room, flipping through a photo album when he was killed by an arrow straight through his temple. The sound of glass shattering from the shot of the arrow awoke Memi and she quickly rushed to the Meisters bedroom just to find him dead on the floor, blood pooling on the ground, the first thing she did was throw up before fainting on the floor. She later awoke in the DMWA infirmary, a doctor instantly went to checking her to see if she was okay. Memi of course asked if the Meister was all right, but she was only answered with a shake of the Doctors head and a pat on the back.

She was later let out of the infirmary and assigned quick sessions of Therapy every week. She went back to the house and blocked off the room from herself and anyone who attempted to enter it, she also attempted to block out the memory of death and only have one of life. She continued to work for the DMWA for her life, but she vowed to herself she would find the person that killed her Father and kill them, still holding the arrow that entered his skull. She went back to her shy normal way, being anti-social as always and ignoring everyone in class. She would absorb herself into her books, never reading happy ones but only horror stories. She was often bullied by some kids in her school because she would never talk to teachers about anything which made her a target. She simply let them be assholes to her because she didn't care, she would continue to get good grades, train and get bullied with out a care. She still lives in the house alone from society, only speaking to people who are kind to her, but never starting the conversation with them.



Other:

Soul Resonance: When in soul resonance form, the scythe and the meister both take a major difference in how they look. The scythe itself turns into literal white flames the blade still there but hidden by the mass of flames. It grows larger in size comparison to her original form and the flames are as lively as normal flames. The meister gains a pair of phoenix like wings on their backs, this doesn't allow them to fly but the meister will come to find out they are much more lighter than they would normally be, allowing for more acrobatic movements and quicker reflexes. The meister is also covered in a thinner layer of the white flames, the heat great for anyone near the meister but the heat is nothing to the meister themselves.

Abilities:

Ignition: Memi can set her fists aflame,powering up the power of her punches, she can also set any weapon she holds aflame, causing severe burns on contact with anything. She can also set things on fire but these things have to be fairly flammable. At 30 souls this ability can now allow Memi to throw small fire balls at targets. At 60 souls Memi can now make larger balls of flames and she can also create a small ring of fire around her (Grows with every 20 souls). When a death scythe she will gain the ability to completely set herself aflame, she can move faster and it's harder to physically hit her, the cost of this form though is sometimes the power goes to her head and not only does she harm herself but others around her, she will also be shoot a flamethrower out of the palm of her hand.
