Appearance: Lillica is 5’2 in size, she has very pale white skin and blue eyes, her hair is white and always well done. She wears a large pale blue, frilly dress with a large white bow around the waist of it. She normally wears black stockings with white stripes, only half of it being seen from under her large dress. She also has a small little top hat on the top of her head that is black with a blue ribbon wrapped around it. She never wears any shoes because why is it needed when you can float whenever you please. She has small bat wings on her back, normally hidden by her dress, another unique feature about her is the face that she always has two bunny puppets on her hands, she really never takes them off.

Personality: Lillica’s personality is very  confusing to some people, she has the personality of a young little girl but she also has the personality of an intelligent adult woman. Lillica is a lovable, little brat, though she has her rough moments she is someone you can get to love if you didn’t know her full self. She will occasionally scream and cry if she doesn’t get what she wants and sometimes she will plain on bite you if you do something she doesn’t like, she loves to play games and these games can range from board games to cruel games. Lillica will never turn down an offer to eat, always hungry and never being satisfied, when she is hungry she acts really childish if you’re her friend, she will beg and mope around till you feed her. Lillica has a habit of stalking people she likes, often keeping her eyes on them 24/7, she will watch them even if she is not around having her puppets watch them for her. Lillica is not really a sweetheart, though lovable she is not someone you would like to bother, the reason why is Lillica is not afraid to curb stomp you constantly in the face if you displease her and she will also sorta make a big scene in public if you don’t get her something she wants. Lillica also enjoy entertaining people, making little scenes with her puppets, the weird thing is it doesn’t seem like she is even talkings, the puppets seem to emit their own voices.

Lilica is also a very, vicious killer, though she is a little girl on the outside she is a very cruel monster. Though she will always enjoy blood from people who offer she can’t help but love the feeling of someone squirming wildly as she drains them of their blood, the struggle very...exhilarating for her. She also has a tendancy of smashing people to a pulp with her hammer just for the fun of it, not even stopping to eat the remains or anything, she is also known to torture people just for the thrill of it, cutting them up and putting loads of their blood into bowls or maybe shocking them a bit with electricity or burning them, she then finishes them off with various methods of death. Lilica is very intelligent though she doesn’t let it out to be so, she is skilled when it comes to battle and she knows alot more than she lets on. She is proper when invited to peoples houses and will not kill someone if she happens to find them very amusing but that doesn’t mean she won’t knock some sense into them if they behave stupidly. She is not someone you would want to trust with your life but she is trustworthy, thinking stabbing someone in the back is a very cowardly thing to do.

History: Born in a small urban town in the mountains of an unknown place, Lillica was the youngest of 4 and the oldest of 2. Her parents (names unknown) were both vampires, giving her the blood fo the vampire. Though unlike most of her sisters she wasn't born with the ability to survive in sunlight, if she was even exposed in it she would be born. So she was forced to stay in her room for hours upon hours doing nothing but watch as snow fell from the sky or birds flew by, she would hunt occasionally at night sticking to the small things like lizards or unaware squirrels seeing as she wasn't ready for the big stuff, but she never got to go out with her sisters when they did anything fun. Lillica became disconnected from the rest of her family and lonely, she began to think she was even forgotten by he rest of her family members. Lillica began to play with two puppets that she found in the town near the castle, making them speak to her as if they were actually peoples, when these puppets came into her life so did the madness. As the years went by Lillica became more and more angry at everyone, at her parents for giving birth to her, at her sisters for never caring, at the world that made her the way she was. Rage boiled inside her till the age of 15 when she finally burst from all the rage, her mind exploded, she was sitting in her room alone when she saw a group of children (14, 15 and 14) wandering the forest surrounding the house, they seemed lost, scared and unsure. It amused Lillica their scared faces, it was night at this time which gave Lillica the option to entertain herself with the lost children, inflict some pain on them, make them cry in fear. This was the first night out of many to come that she would drain someone of their blood to the point where they die from blood loss, but not before torturing them. So once they passed she opened up her window and followed the children, till they were even farther from any town nearby. Once they were away from civilazation she inflicted all the pain and rage she felt for the past years onto them, the first thing she did was tie them up with some rope she took with her, she then would take them one by one and enjoy torturing them. The first one she drained of his blood, actual the first bit of human blood she had ever tasted in her life, then she then tore some flesh and meat off of his dead body. She then forced the children to eat him, laughing her ass off as they cried eating the flesh of their friend, she then took off the head of the child and kicked it like a foot ball right into the children. The next one to go was a girl with blond hair, Lillica drank her fill of blood before pulling the girl out from the ropes, oh how the girl kicked and struggled, begging for her petty little life. This amused Lillica so much she decided to hold the girl for a but more, pushing her against the ground and sitting on her while she kicked and screamed. She then grabbed the last child and bear hugged her, pulling her up close to herself and slowly sliding her nails along her body, cutting her slowly. She then allowed the girl to slowly bleed out, not only onto her but onto her friends or sister as well, all of them getting blood on them before Lillica slit her throat and letting the blood drip onto the other girls head. Lillica laughed all the while, now hugging the girl, smothering her with blood and whispering into her ear words like "Don't worry sweetie, ill spare you." or "I just didn't like your friends sorry.~" she completely ignored the fact that they had created souls, not really caring about them. Lillica then had a little fun with the girl, enjoying herself as she played with her in her friends blood, then when she was done she did not kill the girl, no she kept the girl as her pet, locking her up in her bedroom. She would feed the girl and give her water, she kept duct tape on her mouth so that she wouldn't disturb the others, luckly she lived in on of the very top rooms in the castle. Lillica would then on spend her time with her pet, making her play games with her and have fun when she wanted it. Two years passed as Lillica enjoyed herself with her pet, posters were already set up in town, looking for the lost girl but they never found her. Then one day her pet died, Lillica had drained her completely of her blood for the fact that her sisters had been bothering her recently about the fact she didn't have a life. Unlike the others, Lillica buried the girl, having a connection with her since she was her pet.

Powers:

Abilities	Description
Puppet Punch	This ability is when her puppets grow larger in size and become as hard as steel. It has the ability to punch through brick walls and hurts like hell, the size of the puppets is about the size of a large bowling ball.
Puppet Hammer	Puppet hammer is when Lillica makes a large hammer out of her puppets.
Soul strings	Lillica shoots five strong strings from her finger tips, that when they hit they 'attach' to their soul, making them slower, and if they get close to any surface they get attached to the surface, has to be vertical.
Puppet sight	Puppet sight is when Lillica looks through the eye of any stuffed animal someone has. Her eyes seem to grow buttons in them when she is looking through the eyes of a stuffed animal and she goes limp.
Shield of strings	Shield of string is just that, a sheild fo strings that form in a small circle in the direction she points or it can just form in a place randomly, once a time if they notice a deadly blow incoming.
Puppet cannon	This is one of her only powers that involves a mantra, she has to say the words Pup Pup Pup Pup Puppet Cannon to use it. When sucessful this spell launches are large cannon ball shape of sting that fires towards where her puppets are pointed and the mouths have to be open. When making contact with a target, not only does it damage them seriously but it also gives the affect of soul strings to them.
Puppet bite	Puppet bite is literally what the names says, her puppets on her hands gain the ability to bite whatever they touch via teeth that grow in their mouths, this is normally used for dealing death blows or torture.

~Lillica's puppets normally are the size of baby dolls, they all look like the two bunny puppets on her hands and they are fairly slow about as fast as a walking child of about three years, the most amount she can control is 6 and the only moves they can do are bite and scratch but they can also reform if you cut them but if you burn them they stay gone. Their reforming time takes about two posts or 5 minutes~
