Addressing Some Issues

Hello there. This will be an announcement to address matters of CB RP! After convening, the staff has decided it best to reevaluate enforcement of the forum rules. In times prior to this, CB-RP was given a very loose set of rules that were widely non-existent.

So, starting now, we will be enforcing the same rules in CB-RP as we do in thread, and for all the same reasons. This means unapproved abilities/OCs/concepts will no longer be allowed for CB RP, and as well we will be stricter on the PG-13 rule(those oh so questionable weapon forms included~). No time skipped soul gathering. Et Cetera. Considering you've all read the rules, I don't need to go on.

On another note, it has become obvious that the staff has been highly lacking in it's activity. Some apps have sat in wait for weeks or a month, and for that we apologize, and hope to keep this from being an issue in the future.
