Appearance: Tsukai is 5ft and 4inches, has long, silky black hair that reaches to the middle of his back that always in a braid, healthy pale skin, and deep purple eyes. Tsukai usually wears a black manderin jacket with matching pants, and occasionally wears a green cape. Tsukai has a handsome face and usually has a straight, unreadable face or a calm expression.

Personality: Tsukai is very calm and rarely looses focus, he tries to keep a casual tone even during fights. Tsukai is a gentleman and refers to ladies as "miss", and shows them respect, he never underestimates an opponent but knows when to show mercy. Tsukai doesn't like random fights unless it's training and tries to avoid violence as much as possible. Tsukai is strategist and likes making plans before acting. Despite his gentleman attitude Tsukai understands "adult jokes", and if he's flirted with her won't shy away, he might even throw a flirty comment back.

Likes: Training, hanging out with friends, protecting those who can protect themselves,  tea, being in animal form, teaching his enemies a lesson, reading, his family, cats, O.R.W.A.I

Dislikes: Bullies, people who enjoy killing witches, people who look down on witches, overly violent people, perverts, not knowing who his parents are, brutes.

Abilities:

Psy shield: Tsukai can summons a 5ft by 5ft glowing shield in front of him, this shield has the properties of a regular metal shield when it comes to durability, but the shield is a light glowing purple. Tsukai can't do anything other spell while this is activated.

Psy whip: Tsukai can summon a ten foot, glowing whip, that slightly burns whoever is whipped, Tsukai can summons on for each hand.

Psy board: Tsukai can summon a light, glowing carpet like mass of energy that can be used for transportation. The board can go as fast as a bicycle.

Psy control: Tsukai can move things with a glowing white energy, but the heavier it us, the more strain in puts on his body.
Ex: Tsukai can use psy control to move a pen to write something while reading, since he's good at multi tasking, with ease. But if he picked up a beach ball sized boulder, he'd get a headache and a nosebleed, and the boulder wouldn't be able to be moved with ease.
The normal limit would be anything that wouldn't be physically picked up by him.
-The psy eclipse limit is anything that can be picked up with a combined strength of two of him, anything that can be picked up with just his regular individual strength can be moved with more ease.

Psy contact: By looking into someone's eyes, Tsukai can read someone's precise emotions to a tee, he can also tell if someone is lying.

Psy eclipse: Tsukai's eyes turn pitch black and his is surrounded by a black aura, and his other powers are enhanced, *with Psy control, he'd be able to pick up that boulder no problem* also, he gets a pair of black, claws, and he's controlled by a uncontrollable force to take out his target. However, he can't do this ability unless he's entirely enraged, and he rarely gets angry. The price of this ability is horrible migraines, nose bleeding, and possibly being passed out for a day or three. ((MAY CHSNGE THIS ABILITY TO SOMETHING ELSE))

History: Tsukai lived at an orphanage for as long as he could remember, it was the only life he had known since he was a baby, he never knew who his parents were. Tsukai didn't really interact with the other children, always sitting in his room looking out the window or reading. One day a nice lady, Madame Lunes, came to the orphanage, looking to adopt a child, originally her and her husband, Levi Lunes, was going to try to have they're own child, but sadly her husband was murdered by some overly merciless students from the academy, he was caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Anyway,  as Madame walked up to the orphanage she saw Tsukai, looking out the window sadly. Madame walked in and was instantly greeted by children eager to be adopted, but Madame went up to see Tsukai and had a talk with him and took a liking to the intellectual child. Madame took Tsukai home that day, and Tsukai started to become more open but was still a bit lonely, having no siblings to play with.

After a while Madame started taking Tsukai on her travels around the world. Their travels led them to a small town in Europe, while Madame was gossiping with some local women Tsukai wandered off, and during his little adventure he met a little girl named Maria, the two  had an awkward start but soon started to like each other. Madame found the two and took a liking to the polite little girl and asked her why she was out by herself, and learned that she was talking a walk away from the local orphanage, and explained how her parents died recently. Madame felt sorry for the girl and decided to take her with them, which made Tsukai very happy.

Madame, Tsukai, and Maria continued to travel for a while, on their travels they met a derelict boy named Malikai, who was abandoned by his parents, and a girl named Amberee, who's parents were murdered. Madame took in all the children and trained them to fight for justice. Tsukai currently live in the Lunes manor with his siblings and Madame
