Weapon Form: Kataro has two weapon forms. His first form is his own, and the second was granted to him by a witch. The first form is a projectile. It's a cross gun. See the imageThe gun is about 4 and a half feet tall. You simply put your forearm into the top of the cross, and pull the trigger. Compressed extension of the meister's wavelength fire out of the other end of it. During soul resonance, you get a move which is called "Satan's Accomplice." It's a move that bassically shoots out a bullet that's a tad bit faster than your average bullet from your average pistol. It's about as strong as a high powered sniper shot.

The second weapon form is simple, its a straight sword with a samurai handle. The blade is about 2 and a half feet long, and the handle is 1 and a half feet long. The blade is black with a purple shine to it, and the handle is black, white white threading in it. Resonance with this weapon does nothing but increasing the meister's physical attributes. (The second weapon form will be gained after 20-25 acquired souls.)

Miester: Spencer.

Appearance: Kataro's face is the same in the picture, but there's no tattoo on his face... And he looks happier... Anyway, he wears a black hoodie that has a white, furry hood. There are six buttons on the hood that start at his neck and stalls at his belly button, and they remain unbuttoned. He wears black, slim jeans and black and white, casual shoes. Also, Kataro's height is around 5'10 or 5'11, So he isn't very talk. But he had the build of a stallion. He's pretty slim, but also very cut in his muscles. He has a body that's worth staring at if you know what I mean.

Personality: Kataro is... Different... For the most part, he doesn't like to do anything troublesome. He's pretty much always laid back,or at least he tries to be. He always does his best to keep a level head, and to stay open to others opinions. He loves activities that involve his friends. He's always down with hanging out, unless he's working or stressed. Kataro's is rarely stressed, and the only time he is, is when he's trying to do something that won't work or when someone is distracting him from something. He like training a lot. He's a very suscesful fighter, being trained by several different teachers and friends. Kataro's has the tendency to be a bit harsh at times. Usually when he's trying to help his friends, he may get a tad upset. He's quicker to get mad at his friends ignorance, than at anyone else's. Kataro is a pretty dedicated person too. When he puts his mind to something, he gets it done. Whether it be birdhouse building, or auto repair. Speaking if, Kataro is a handy-man. He knows about wood work, cars, mechanics, robotics, biology, you name it! Kataro's knows it all. Sidenote: He's kinda in a relationship With Spencer. Now most people would say that's gay, which it is (I have nothing against gay people) but Kataro isn't gay. He is still very much in love with women, but he does have a boyfriend. But it was under special circumstances. Idk. That's just another peculiar fact about Kataro.

Kataro's studies are pretty vast. He studies mostly in architecture, biology, woodwork, and weaponry. Weaponry as in, how to use weapons, build weapons, and alter them to his own liking.

Likes: Unm... I kinda cleared that up in the personality section so there's not much I can say here... He like chicken nuggets a whole lot. And he likes drinking out. There is a difference between EATING out and DRINKING out. Kataro can cool a little so he prefers to cool at home, rather that go our. But that doesn't mean he won't do it.

Dislikes: He.., hates... Anger. Kataro HATES people that are constantly angry, along with irritating people. And DON'T mess with him when he's reading! When he's reading, HE'S READING AND THAT'S ALL HE WANTS TO DO!!!! And don't take him for a fool! He's smarter than most people think!!! Don't underestimate him because of his age!!!

History: So. Kataro had his mother and father up until the age of six. At six years old, his mother killed his father. That's all I can really say on the matter. Kataro doesn't know why at all. He recently found out that his father was actually alive, so for the past few weeks, he's been trying to figure out where his father was. He found out his father was alive when his mother told him with her dying breaths. She was killed by a certain someone who will remain unnamed. But as she was dying, she told him that his father was alive and that he also had an older brother. So his current goal is to get to his father and hopefully get all the answers he needs.

Other: I figured I'd just put Kataro's abilities here.

Lightning Bolt: Kataro basically shoots a lightning bolt out of his hand.

Lighing Current: Kataro places his hand on the ground and sends a stream of lightning through the ground towards his opponent.

Thunder Whip: Kataro extends lightning from his hand in the form of a whip and uses it as a weapon. Every time the whips snaps, it makes the sound of thunder.

Godspeed:    YES YES...! Hunter X Hunter used this move on the show, but i swear i thought of it first! Anyway, the move effects Kataro's body. lightning surrounds him continuously and crackles around him, and his hair sticks up on edge. In this mode, Kataro can move at incredible speeds,  almost 4x as fast as he coild normally. And making contact with his opponent will effect their nerves, causing to freeze up. Going into this mode makes Kataro VERY strong, (not actually increasing his physical strength but overall) but it only lasts about 5 minutes and it takes a toll on his body. After coming out of this mode, his skin burns, he twitches randomly or freezes up, or he passes out. With great power comes great pain...

EMP: Kataro lets out a shout, followed by an electrical wave that disables all things electrical in a 15 feet radius.

(Each ability is gained per 15-20 souls)

Also. Kataro owns a sword, that he keeps on him at ALL times. And he may or may not have a robotic right leg and right arm.... Ok. Yeah. His right arm and right leg are robotic, due to the effects of Godspeed, his arms were scorched to a crisp, so he had to make some improvements. (The robotic limbs don't add that much of an enhance, but he can't really feel pain in them.)

Okay, so it is acceptable that you have multiple weapon forms, but we ask that you follow a theme. Tsubaki's were a kind of ninja theme, and if by cross-gun you mean a sort of cross bow, you can get away with a dark age theme. He also shouldn't start out with both forms. More importantly. The "Satan's Accomplice" is severely OP, even for a resonance technique. Especially considering he has this at 0 souls.

A character can't be said to "Know it all." Stein was a middle aged Professor, and "the best meister the academy ever made", still, he didn't "know it all". A 19 year old student certainly cannot either.

It is also okay that you have an element like electricity, but it's a thing that need's to improve over time. So please indicate what moves he gains as his soul count get's higher. Particularly with the godspeed move, I would like you to add things like how fast he's actually going, and how strong "STRONG". I have to warn you about possible futuristic things like a robotic limb. He can have a prosthesis, but SE isn't a futuristic setting. If anything it will be a handicap.

My final request involves out policy on guns. Guns can instantly disable, or kill an average character, so ask that you remove the mention of the handgun from you app.

Ok so.. The gun is only called a cross gun of the shape. It shoots out bullets of soul wavelength. Also, I don't exactly see how Satan's Accomplice Is OP. I could see it being OP if I was going around shooting it over and over, but its a single shot thing. Kataro can only do it once per soul resonance.

When I say Kataro is a know-it-all, I don't literally mean he knows EVERYthing. He's just really smart. He studies a whole lot about different things, like the things listed in the app. He likes to learn, so that's what he does. I'm not saying he could beat stein in a written test or something like that, but when you're in a jam, Kataro can usually get you out of it.

With the lightning abilities, say he can gain each ability per 10 souls? Is that ok?

Also, removing the handgun from the app is ok. But will Kataro still be able to have it?

Satan's Accomplice is OP because of its highly vague wording. "defeat almost any foe" Tells us very little about how fast it actually is, or how powerful the blow is. Other than that point, any single shot being able to KO almost anything is OP.

Kataro can study as many subjects as he likes at even a prodigal level, and it can't be applicable unless you state what he has studied, and to what degree in the app for the purpose of record keeping. Of course this is still limited to his age, and style of study. Even a prodigy can't get far with 1 year to study a subject, and no proper place to study. What I should have really told you was to simply be more specific.

I would say he gains them every 15-20 souls depending on strength. This is just because 10 souls/ability is the KE rate of growth, and is what they revolve around.

No he cannot keep the gun. Hence the need for it to be removed.

(There is never a need to fear responding to a mod, or admin about your OC. Place as many questions as you like. That is after all what I'm here for, and I don't find it at all annoying. ^^)

Okay, you've done a good job knocking out most of the issues here. One thing is that you never removed the pistol from his app. Another thing is the theme of the dual weapon forms, and(I just learned this myself) you actually need to earn the other forms as you pregress. S-so if you could point out at what point in his soul count he gains his second. Something I failed to mention was the lack of history. I can understand that you want to reveal his bigger points through the RP, but could you add just a bit more to flesh out the character a tad?
