SERP didn't really fall apart, they just made some rules changes, Xal was demoted, and added some things. But anyway, this site isn't very active due to the admins leaving for personal reasons, I'd be more active if there was omore people, I think I'm one of the last active staff members, but I can't turn myself into an admin so...
But we could possibly revive this site, we just need better advertising.

I would not be opposed to doing so- but isn't the other site better now that Mr.ShallNotBeNamed is a mod? And not head admin.
