| Name: The Divine Kishin (TDK) Purpose: TDK is an organization formed by a former priest of Lord Death who discovered a crystal that can grant people unique powers at the cost of becoming a Kishin. TDK has 3 major goals: Hunt Witches and unwilling members, gather members to help hunt Witches, and gain souls from unwilling members so they can better stand up to witches. Killing rogue ‘impure’ Kishin is also a side objective, however, they are always attempted to be reasoned with to join TDK before being attacked. Dark Weapons, however, deserve no mercy in the eyes of the group’s founder, but are also not actively tracked down. Leader: Xon Iggig Location: Main base is St. Enid’s chapel in North America, a church of Lord Death built around 370 years ago and based off of traditional gothic architecture. While not the most defendable position, it has a series of hidden passageways and is the last place people would look for a group of Kishin Eggs. TDK does have a secondary base, although a much less used one meant only for emergencies. In the Antarctic, Xon has begun construction on a lair underground accessible only from a specific cave. In the case that their original base is taken, they will move to their secondary base which is much more hidden and highly fortified against intruder attacks. It has enough supplies to last 10 members at least 6 months without leaving. Description: TDK was formed when a priest of Lord Death managed to stumble upon a witch’s lair. The witch was dead with all her research papers burned beyond repair, but one mysterious crystal remained that the priest had the oddest feeling he should attempt to resonate with. Immediately, the crystal implanted him with the essence and soul of a beast from a separate dimension, making him into a Kishin and twisting his mind with a re-awakened madness he didn’t even realize he possessed. In the priest’s eyes, he had been reborn and saw the crystal as the only way to save the world from the constant threat of witches. He took the new name Xon Iggig and began to track down people to be reborn and join his newfound cause. Requirements: *Members will be allowed to select a boss from the game “Monster Hunter” and create a new character based on their selected monster. Characters can turn into their monster form at 1 soul due to the crystal, but must have a notable downside to doing so that would keep them from always relying on this form for balance purposes (loss of intelligence/control in monster form, weakness to blades or wavelength, slowing down, damage to body, etc.) **Most members of this faction will be Kishin Eggs. Absorbing the crystal’s essence grants them their first pure soul to make them a Kishin automatically. Kishin Abilities should, typically, be based around the abilities of their monster. ***Any existing Kishin Egg or Meister who wants to join is able to as long as they absorb the essence of the crystal. Existing Kishin will gain the monster form ability and are encouraged to alter their current abilities to grant them some element from their chosen monster. While weapons could join, they would require a bit more proof of being dedicated to TDK’s cause. ****Once a character joins, they are given a new name that is an anagram of their chosen monster’s name (same word but re-arranging the letters). So this means that characters being made for the order can just go with the anagram monster name for their OC’s name since they joined off-screen. *****Finally, only one character of each gender is allowed to use a particular monster essence. Otherwise, there could be 3-7 Lagiacrus’s… which would be kind-of redundant after a while…. You don’t have to become romantically involved with the character who’s based off of a monster of the opposite gender, but it’s highly possible their essences would sort-of push you together :P Other: The following is a list of images for monsters and information about what they can do for people who haven’t played the games. Armor Skills are the abilities you get from wearing that monster's armor in the game, meaning they're 100% viable to base abilities off of. - Spoiler:

Has no special abilities except summoning smaller jaggi to help it fight. Not much to work with for a character, but I respect anyone who could make the weakest boss in the game a viable Kishin Egg. Armor Skills: Chance to stun enemy, Attack up, Increased stamina
Great Wroggi: - Spoiler:

Not too tough of a monster, but there could be some cleaver setups with it. Armor Skills: Increases ally’s abilities, Sharpens weapons, Enemy is easier to harm with status ailments

They shoot out ice that somehow puts people to sleep on contact.... Might be good as a stealth character or something because you can knock out people easier? IDK........ These things can use sound to mimic other monsters, create fiery explosions by banging their wing-claws together, spit green acid goo stuff, and fly away. Defiantly has some versatile ideas to make a character from. Armor Skills: Negate wind effects, Increase sound attack effects

They swim, have sponges growing on them for armor, and shoot water.... That's it........ Maybe sponge armor could be useful for wavelength but IDK what else there would really be to work with outside of normal water blasts. Armor Skills: Resists heat, Increased stamina

It hides underwater in the dirt, pops out, and sucks prey down its throat whole. The Gobul can blind people with its lantern, dig underground easily, has spikes that come out of its back like a puffer fish, and a really dangerous bite. I imagine it would be a bit weird to work with for a character, but it defiantly just screams "Kishin". Armor Skills: Increased chance of critical hits

They roll around in a weird mud that hardens and strengthens their existing armor as well as protecting unarmored areas. Also, they seem to have some weird breathing thing going on because air comes out of holes at the tops of their rock plate things on their heads. If you go with forming the hardening mud or steam attacks, there's quite a bit to work with. Oh, also, they can dig somehow despite being huge and having a giant flat rock thing on their head :/ Armor Skills: Increased attack, Increased defense, Harder to be pushed back by attacks
Rathian (female) and Rathalos (male): - Spoiler:

They breathe fire, have poison spikes on the ends of their tails, can fly, and have really nasty talons. Both have very little to work with for abilities, but screw it, dragons are awesome! Also, to be 100% clear, Rathians are green and Rathalos are red. I will be disappointed if these 2 are made characters and don’t end up together :/ Armor Skills: Health increased, Health regeneration increased

Serpent-like sea dragons that have a giant spikey rock shell thing on their back used to generate electricity. Early game, it's regarded as super powerful so, if your human form can create the lightning generator thing on them, whatever you do with the electricity I'll consider legit. JUST because of how built-up this thing's abilities are. Armor Skills: Charging attacks charge faster, Damage is increased when hitting an enemy’s weak point

It can climb on walls, fly, shoot poison, and create weird nest-eggs that form leeches. The male Gigginox essence is taken by Xon, but for anyone who wants to do the female, there's some useful stuff there to work with. Armor Skills: Negate sound attacks, Increased chance to inflict status ailments

While pretty clumsy, they have the abilities to roll into an armored ball and move around fast, produce non-lethal gas from their body that forces enemies away with its scent, can spit flaming balls of lightning that paralyze people, AND can shoot out their long tongues to hit stuff. While it’s not that hard to beat in the game, there are some good ideas to work with for an OC. Armor Skills: Easier to dodge, Attack increase, Unaffected by the ground shaking or being unstable

They mainly charge forward, partially submerged, or hide for a bit before attacking. They have the natural ability to shoot sand out of their gills behind them with enough force to knock people back quite a bit, and are able to shoot giant hyper beam-like streams of sand at people. That may sound limiting but think about it.... Death City is surrounded by a desert.......... Sand wouldn't be unrealistically hard to come by in most situations. Armor Skills: Able to eat food faster than normal, Quicker to sheath/unsheathe weapons, Unable to be trapped by stuff similar to sand snow or mud

| What do you want her name in the group to be? The members are all suppost to have a name to use in the group that they call eachother by that's an annagram of the monster's name. For example, Tohi Rab= Barioth. If you're having trouble, I can give a few suggestions off the top of my head that might sound good. | |
