Name: Does the monster have a name? A title?
Gender: Do they have a gender? If so, what is it?
Age: How old is the monster?
Species: Just what are they? A Werewolf, zombie, vampire, troll, manticore, etc?
Appearance: How does he/she/it look? Put a picture if you want but PLEASE describe in words.
Personality: How does this character act?
Likes: What does he/she/it like?
Dislikes: What does he/she/it dislike?
History: What shaped your character’s life?
Powers: Abilities your monster is born with. Monster's DO NOT gain power at all. What you put here is what you're stuck with. Please make the powers balanced and not too OP.
Other: Miscellaneous facts that don't fit in other categories.
