an unusual meeting

Isabella was walking through the streets of death city she had in head phones and was listening with her eyes closed as she walked slowly down the street

Zelgadis, not watching where he was going do to heavy though, accidentally knocked into Isabella. As he fell on his butt he was knocked back into reality. "OH! I'M SORRY ARE YOU OKAY!?" He asked woringly.

isabella not looking bumped into something hard and fell back she quickly pulled out her headphones to hear him apologise"dont be sorry it was my fault I wasent looking wear I was going, and im perfectly fine are you okay"

Zelgadis pushed himself up with the help of his Alligator tail, smiling. "It's gonna take more than that to hurt me." He looked and the girl and noticed how attractive he was....it was always the attractive ones who hated him.

She noticed his tail and looked at him"wow thats strange, are you a witch because your soul looks human but you have a tail" she said

"No...Chimera." He said, surprised she didn't freak out or insult him, though he didn't show it. He looked around the area real quick. "So you can see souls too?"

Hmmmmm chimera, thats very anusual. Thats a mix of animals right?" She smiled and nodded at his question"yes I can see souls

"Not necessarily. It's the combination of two objects through magic, not needed to be living." He said, looking down at his fist a clenching it, his wings spreading open (cann't hide them, they are 5'11 XD), his tail to twitch, and his tiger eyes to gain anger, showing his hate for what had happened to him. "I miss being able to say human." He said to himself.

She walked around him looking "its very strange but its cool too. And just because your not human on the outside dosent mean your not human on the inside. Your soul says your human that should be proof enough" she said looking into his eyes

Zelgadis's jaw had dropped. Noone, well at least no attractive girl, had ever said that to him,at all. Hell, no girl had said that to him, most running on sight. This one... was nice, though he was shocked he felt nice.

She looked at him confused "did I do something wrong" she said

"huh?! OH no, not at all." He said regaining posture. "So... what are you doing out here so late at night?"

Walking I couldn't sleep so I thought a walk under the moonlight would be nice. And what about you, what are you doing here late at night"Isabella smiled at him

"Thinking." He said, not telling what. He looked around...something didn't feel right...

Are you okay , what were you thinking about " she said looking at him slightly curious

"Hm? Yah...just habit, incase anyone feels like jumping me." He said. "and as far as thinking...alot of things."

Who would jump you "dhe ssid her fave going stern and angry

"Anyone who hates monsters." He said bluntly. "Hasn't happened yet, but they are out there."

Well thats crule yoy haven't done anything wrong"she growled

Zelgadis sighed. "Well certain people are that way. Some only hurt monsters who hurt others, but others see them all the same. Just like certain miesters see all kishin eggs as the same." He explained.

She nodded "yeah I suppose that you are right"

Suddenly a kishin egg bursted out attacking them and slamming Issabella into the ground. "move and she dies." He said as he put a blade to her throat.

Zel was caught off guard, and about to strike when he put a blade to her throat. "Damn you..." He said as he sat down.

Isabella growled and froze when the knife pressed to her skin
