Animal Form: longwing dragon This middleweight dragon is capable of a vitriolic attack (spitting highly acidicvenom) aimed with great accuracy. As its name implies, it has an impressive wingspan, and distinctive markings. One of its peculiarities is that it will only take female captains she is about 15feet tall with a wing span of 40feet (can fly at speeds up to 60mph against the wind 65mph in calm winds )

Appearance: Luna has long white hair with dark blue eyes. She is slightly tall she stands at 5"9 but has a slender and graceful body. When she walks it looks like she's floating she's so graceful. When she let's her witch form out she wears a large black hat with white lace and a white cresint moon on it and the edges look moth eaten. Her outfit consists oftwo layers a black over layer and a white Lacy layer. It is a very revealing dress the is held up be ribbon and is held together at the top of the bust by two intersecting ribbon and the bottom of the bust has a white lace strap. He dress shows all of her belly and covers again right at her hips and the front it ends in the white Lacy part right above the knee the the black flares out like a tail coat and the black has embroidered butterflys on it and on the corner a cresint moon.she has arm sleeves with no shoulder that are black with white frill inside. She has black thigh high tights and white strap high heels. When trying to blend in she wears dark skinny jeans and a white camisol and white flats. She always wears her hair down and straight.
Personality: Luna can be kind and caring to people she loves or likes and very hateful and cruel to people she hates. Luna has an extreme hate for the DWMA and would do anything to hurt them or there members. Luna has a good sense of humor and loves to joke around or tease. She loves a good chase and always enjoys seeing blood.

Likes: watchin the DWMA suffer /hanging out /reading/music/she gets a thrill out of seeing blood 


Dislikes: DWMA / spiders/anything that reminds her of her daughter

 
History: Luna was sheltered most of her life by a human family who adopted her but wouldn't let her out because the were ashamed when they found out she was a witch so she already have a rebellious hate in her. When she turned 18 she moved in with the first boy to ever like her for her and he was also a witch. Soon after Luna became pregnant with a little girl and he ran leaving her alone with her but he paid off the house and so she raised the child who became Hayley longtail. She grew up like a normal girl should but when she was 10 before her powers even started to fully come in the DWMA attacked there home Luna tried to save her but a group of miesters and weapons surrounded her blocking her from Hayley and another pair killed Hayley while she screamed for her mother. Luna snapped that day and killed mostly everyone there. When they were gone Luna held Hayleys body and sobbed then with her fire breath set her house on fire. She was about to pass out from the smoke when vines wrapped around her and she was taken to safty but she passed out. When she woke up a strange man and a woman were standing over her. The woman spoke first and said her name was Alisha and she said that she was sorry about her daughter and that she had the same goal. At first Luna was confused but then she understood..Alisha smiled and extended her hand and said "let's bring an end to the DWMA "and Luna took it with a smile and now works with Alisha and the night terrors.

Spells: fire flyer:fiery blaze, let's her breath fire up too 10yards away

Fire flyer: dragons tongue,creates a whip for her to use 

Fire flyer: sharp talon, let's her use a gust of air to cut down things its strong enough to cut through a tree but not through stone and hard metal it is also very hard to aim 

Fire flyer:dragons tears,her tears are magical and by crying and dropping tears on a wouned let's her heal most injures except for forvery serious damage and fatal blows (heals stab wounds, burns,if tears are drank then they can cure poison but not even luna knows that one,minor cuts scrapes ,gunshot wonds if non fatal ) it takes about 10 mins to heal completely and makes ger weak

Fire flyer:wings of flight,let's her Parshaly transform so that she has the wings of a dragon

Deaccepted, due to that OP healing ability. Most of the spells have no durability given or any sort of fatigue detailed. And, while this doesn't directly impact the form, there are loads of grammar and spelling issues packed into this form

Alright, now that you are active, I'll take this app.

1. Dragon form needs to be nerfed. We don't want to have the witch who can crush people walking around. That kind of stinks.

2nd. Those tears need to have more of a description and needs to be nerfed.

Specifically what kind of injuries can her tears heal, how long do they take to heal, and that's it there.

Alright. I am gonna need a limit on the healing. How many post does it take for bones to heat and at least 3 of your post for a charge up time. And there should be a limit of post on all other wounds, with more serious ones taking more post.
