Millicent(Millie) Siobhan Naoto-10

Name: Millicent(Millie), Siobhan

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Animal Form: Sharks(Great White)

Weapon: N/A.

Appearance: Millie has a figure that would make most anyone flip-out had they known the way she eats. Skin a healthy yet pale shade of white. She has incredibly dark brown eyes, almost black, and long hair to match. She tends to wear male swimming trunks, and T-shirt that are perpetually drenched along with her hair, which lays in whatever direction it happens to fall in, giving the look that she just got out of the shower. Millie is followed by a fog that can be assumed responsible when this occurs. It isn't likely anyone notices she is the cause of the fog however. She wears a face that is constantly scrutinizing the details of an area, until she is adressed at which point she seems to light up with glee.

In combat Millie appears incredibly lax, arms simply hanging, and her legs being used more as a balance than a part of her body, only to explode into crude jerky movements when it is time to dodge, or strike. When she does strike, the move are whip-like, her limbs lashing out at speeds invisible to an untrained eye.

Personality: Millie's very favorite thing in the world is eating. With killing as a close second. The very best kinds of things are living things she can manage past her exaggerated animal-like maw (the younger the better). She tends to view everything as potential prey, and even the closest allies may be in danger (lazy ones in particular. after all, a lazy ally is just a waste of resources). While extremely intelligent, she lacks the patience for the intense research most witch's enjoy. The only exception being her own work on flesh manipulation, and her manipulation of water.

It would seem however, that the longer Millie spends away from her mothers influence, and the more she has to develop her own mind to survive in the world, the more of her repressed human-like traits begin to slip through. Like an 18 year old child she's beginning to identify, and learn to deal with her feelings. Millie tends to be playful with strangers because of her desperate loneliness, a result of her many devoured allies/"friends". This may make her come off as unnaturally friendly, but make no mistake, even the perfect friend may not avoid her appetite. For when things become to much for her to take, she tends to go back to what made her, what she knows best. Being a predator.

Likes: A challenge, young flesh, the hunt, anything with high sugar, intellectual/physical confrontation.

Dislikes: Vegetarians, octopi, hot/dry climates, heights, emotional confrontation.

History: Millie was one of five children. Four of which never saw the light of day. Like is common with some sharks she was alive in the womb, with her siblings, before birth, and as such was forced to eat her brothers, and sisters to get the nutrition to survive. In other words, she was a shark before she was a human. From her family she inherited an extreme hunger that demanded to be addressed, and like any good predator, she took to with instinct. It was from the moment she was born that her regiments began. Whenever she wasn't learning new ways to kill things she was practicing. Animals, humans, occasionally weapons. She had a mind to try eating souls, but even before she swallowed, she knew her body could not abide by it.

Through the inductions of her mother, and her own growing knowledge, she was taught to be less and less human. Mind, body, and soul became the embodiment of the animal she sought to reflect. The more she began to trust her instincts, the less her mind peaked through to question what she was doing. Her mother picked up on this, as well as other anomalies. Her daughter wasn't like the others in her family. Years of their odd breeding style had created something even less human than themselves. Even before she had a human form her mother sought to desensitize her on even deeper levels than traditional to their kind.

There was a final act to her mothers plan however, and it would prove where Millie would go in the world. On her 18th birthday, Millie awoke in the desert, perhaps the worst place to be for her sensitive, unnatural physiology. Even worse, she lay a few short miles outside of Death City. Truely, if she was a predator, she would adapt, survive, and make her mother proud by returning to kill her.

Spells:
Flesh ManipulationThis spell is made specifically for manipulating the senses of the body. With physical contact Millie injects wavelength into an opponent. She can then use her magic to aim the wave-length towards nerve receptors in the person, causing them to feel either pleasure, pain, itching, burning or nothing at all. At one hit the sensation is negligible, but after 5-10 hits(depending on the persons constitution) the spell can completely over take the person train of thought, becoming unbearable. The person can still fight, or fly, but will find it difficult to function on any deeper level. She can also use this spell to stop/restart bleeding, speed it up, or open scarred tissue. Note that she cannot use this ability to actually heal wounds.Rend, fin, frenzy.
Hydro KenisisThis spell covers the various ways Millie controls water. After the spell has been initiated on a body of water she can manipulate it freely.

  • Draw Moisture: Draws moisture from plants, people's eye's, and throats, as well as the surrounding ground, and of course bodies of water. The amount she draws from this is relatively small. It's enough to distract someone, but it cannot do any real damage to the person, or the organ. Millie cannot draw moisture from blood as it is too complex to simply diffuse.
  • Fog:This summons a 100 foot radius of thick fog. This is used to keep Millie comfortable for the most part, but in combat it's used to boost the range of her Ampullae(Which will be explained later).
  • Pressure Cannon: With a full effect range of 36 meters Millie can fire a stream of water that has the same force as the crowd control water cannon. Generating enough power to knock an opponent down, and even rip their clothing. Firing takes 50 gallons of water per cannon.
  • Wall of Water: This creates a wall of water that sprouts up with a similar force to the water cannon. Meaning that it is quite impassable to most opponents due to the simple fact of weight. This wall covers 5 feet per 50 gallons.
  • Millie cannot control more than 1000 gallons of water at a time.

Crash, wave, misbehave.

Other:

Notes on Millie's Unique Physiology

  • Ampullae of Lorenzini: Small glands exist inside of Millie's pores that are highly sensitive to electric discharge. So much in fact, that they can pick up even the slightest twitch in a persons muscle movement. This is limited to the amount of moisture in the air however. 3 ft in dry climate's(Deserts of sand, or snow), 10 ft in average air moisture, 50 in high moisture areas(swamps and such), 100 in a fog, and 300 when submerged in water.
  • Vision: Millie can see up to 50 meters in the dark, depending on how dark, dark is. naturally in utter darkness she's still blind.
  • Muscle: Unlike most humans, Millie is 85% muscle(average human being 45-50%), and has 90% white muscle tissue(The split in an average human being 50% red, and 50% white, with professional sprinters peaking at 80% white). For those who don't know, white muscle accounts for activity above 70% of your maximum strength. Being used for dead lifts, sprinting et cetera. This muscle uses reacts faster, and with more force, but burns energy much faster, and is fatigued faster as well due to chemical build up. To put it all in perspective; an elite sprinter kicks off with 800-1000 lbs of force in a 20 mph sprint. Millie can kick off at just below twice that force, and speed, and will cap at three times it. Millie can only sustain combat for ten posts at her base stat, 5 at twice that, and three at full exertion. Punches, kicks, and even sprinting at maximum output risks tearing muscle tissue, breaking her own bones, and if she tries for more than 4 posts at max feinting from exhaustion. Regardless, after the named posts of activity she will act with half the efficiency that an average human would when exhausted.
  • Bone: Most of Millie's bones are cartilaginous in nature. As well many bones that are average to humans are non-existent in her body. Having been replaced with dense muscles. This gives her unnatural flexibility, but can toll her durability in select situations.
  • Mouth: Millie can stretch the corners of her mouth all the way to the edge of her face, filled with unnaturally sharp teeth, that can bite down with 1.2 tons of force.

Have you read the rules?
Let's go, soul resonance!

"Draws moisture from plants, people's eye's, and throats....."

Could you expand upon this a bit more please?

Mainly the how does it effect the person? Does it blurr their vision, does it make it so they kill the plants, or choke the person with how much water she is pulling out?

Only surface amounts. Enough to make you blink/cough/be distracting, but not destructive.

Well, that's about it. Nothing really to say here, she is otherwise really good. Hooray for Cannibalism, as long as I don't get arrested, I mean.

Anyway, this character has been APPROVED!
